Our Postnatal Fitness Classes are designed by our postnatal fitness specialists to build your strength and fitness post birth. These 50 minute classes are on 10.15am on Fridays.

Mum and baby classes allow baby to join you while you work out. Don’t worry if baby cries or needs your attention. We all understand the demands of parenthood don’t stop, and we will help you in any way we can.

Recovery from birth is an important step in returning to the activities that you love, and we have a progressive plan for you to enjoy.Mum and Baby classes will help you ease common postnatal issues including aches and pains and pelvic floor concerns.

So, you just had a baby and now you’re ready to kickstart your fitness journey again? Maybe you’re itching to get back to running after pregnancy? You thought it would be smooth sailing after your 6-week check-up, but now you’re feeling a bit lost.

As mothers and coaches, we  know how important this is to you, and we want to make it easy for you to return to the activities that you love, in a safe and stress-free way.

Postpartum aches and pains, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and incontinence are very common concerns. Wanting to feel like your old self while managing sleep deprivation and all of the ups and downs new partenthood has to offer is not easy. Let us guide you.

We will  take the confusion out of your postnatal fitness journey There is a vast array of advice and recommendations out there, some more helpful than others. From the overly restrictive to the well intentioned but widely inaccurate,  but we have you covered.

Mum and Baby Exercise classes are for anyone postpartum who wants to:

  • Returning to running or sport
  • Build a strong and responsive pelvic floor
  • Consider common postnatal concerns like back pain, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence.
  • Join a small group setting where you get one-to-one coaching and attention from a specialist postnatal fitness coach
