“Maggie is a brilliant coach. Her Postnatal fitness class has been really enjoyable. Everyone goes at a pace that works for them. She was able to help me find the fitness level I was starting at and how to progress steadily without overdoing it. She is very knowledgeable and was really lovely to work with. Her gym felt very much like a safe space and I highly recommend it.”
Sarah Brien, Postnatal Strength 2023
“I really enjoyed the Postnatal Training with Maggie. The class was a great mix of being welcoming, challenging and fun – my baby was 7 weeks old when I started the class and it was a perfect class for returning to fitness. All exercises allowed variations to make them harder or easier so I feel my strength and fitness has been able to continuously improve. It was also very reassuring to have a phone chat with Maggie before the course started to get an idea about what it would include. I probably saw most benefit from the classes in my day to day life – I had less shoulder/back pain carrying and feeding the baby. The baby has loved being in the gym too 🙂 I will definitely be signing up for more.”
