Mum and Baby Exercise Classes: Pelvic Floor Recovery and Postpartum Return to Running with a Specialist Postpartum Fitness Coach.

Join our Mum and Baby Exercise classes for the upcoming 6 week term starting on Friday September. Course dates include:
September 13th, 20th, 27th and October 4th, 11th and 18th 2024 at 11am! .

Babies who haven’t started crawling yet are very welcome. Each class lasts 60 minutes and we focus on core, pelvic floor recovery after birth, mobility, full body strengthening and postpartum return to running.

This postpartum gym class is suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth, and 8 weeks post Cesarean birth, once you’ve had your 6 week check up.

Mum and Baby Exercise classes are for anyone postpartum who wants to:

      • build full body strength.

      • returning to running or sport.

      • build a strong and responsive pelvic floor.

      • consider common postnatal concerns like back pain, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence.

      • join a small group setting where you get one-to-one coaching and attention from a Specialist Postpartum Fitness Coach.

    Postpartum aches and pains, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and incontinence are very common concerns, as well as wanting to feel like your old self, managing sleep deprivation and all of the ups and downs new partenthood has to offer.
