About Adam

Adam is a personal trainer coach and Movement teacher. Has worked in the fitness industry for around five years and in the last four years has transitioned over to Movement in general.
He works with people online in both group and 1-1 format, teaches workshops and now runs a Movement group in Dublin called Blank Canvas Dublin.
Blank Canvas Dublin is a group of folks and personal development through Movement.
Adam practice comes from a place of learning to get to know yourself through Movement. Has wide variety of practices such as handstands, acrobatics, dance, parkour and athletic development.
