Calling all absolute beginners! Are you ready to start your fitness journey in a supportive environment? This 30-minute gym class for beginners only is designed with you in mind. Over four weeks, we’ll simplify the process of getting fitter and stronger, giving you the confidence to keep moving forward.
Whether you’re brand new to working out or returning after a long break, this fitness for beginners only program is the perfect place to start. By focusing on consistency and simplicity, you’ll gain the foundational skills and encouragement you need to succeed.
Class Details
Choose a session time that works best for your schedule—or attend both for maximum benefit:
- Evening Classes: 7:45 PM, Tuesday June 3rd, 10th, 17th & 25th
Pricing:
- €70 for one 4-week term (4 classes)
This program is for beginners only, so you’ll feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. We’ll cover foundational movements and basic kettlebell skills in a friendly, non-intimidating environment.

Throughout my 20s, I avoided fitness entirely because I thought I’d fail. I couldn’t have been more wrong—I just hadn’t found the right approach. Now, I’m dedicated to creating a space where beginners only can thrive, build confidence, and feel empowered in their fitness journey.
